Rush Processing expedites the fulfillment of your order so it can be created, packed, shipped, and on the way to you as quickly as possible. Many times, Rush Processing can get your order to you 1 day faster than standard processing.
Rush Priority Orders that are placed before 7:00AM EST M-F are guaranteed to be delivered for shipment by noon.
Rush Priority Orders that are placed before 3:00PM EST M-F are guaranteed to be delivered for shipment that day.
Rush Priority Orders that are placed after 3:00PM EST will still be processed faster than standard packages and are guaranteed to be delivered for shipment by noon of next day if not faster.
Rush Processing does not affect shipping service speed, only allows for faster delivery to the actual delivery service. i.e. How fast your order is completed and delivered to the shipping provider.
In the event we fail to deliver your order for shipment as prescribed by ‘Rush Processing’ then we will refund the Rush Processing fee. Otherwise, rush processing fees are non-refundable.
Disclaimer
In all circumstances, F150LEDs.com’s maximum liability is limited to the Rush Processing fee only. While F150LEDs.com cannot guarantee same-day or next business day shipment for all orders, F150LEDs.com will put forth its best effort to ship all Rush Processing orders the same business day (if before 3pm EST) or by noon next day if after 3 but before 7AM EST if the above conditions are met. Otherwise, your Rush Processing fee will be refunded.
Important Information regarding pre-orders:
If your order contains in-stock items as well as pre-order/backorder items then the in-stock items will receive Rush Processing immediately.
Any pre-order items in orders that are marked Rush Processing will take priority over pre-orders with standard processing as units are made available for shipping.
